Principal's Message

I believe that it was God ’s calling that I was led into this beautiful school set in the calm and serene, lush green environment of the Cantonment of Delhi. The school charmed me at the very onset; the staff and students readily imbibed the warmth and solace that was offered. Thus began an arduous and laborious journey to take on the school to untrodden ways and new heights. This school, established way back in 1960, marks the vision and zeal of our eminent founder, Ms. Helen Jerwood. Decades later, it is my endeavour to quieten the trials that she had undergone and the struggles of the successive years, to bring in the best for the Martiners.

Needless to say, the Martiners continue to leap forward in academics and co-curricular activities. We were able to effectively slide through the debacle of the unexpected COVID-19 pandemic and convert the lean period into a productive phase. The joint efforts of the staff, students and our dear parents ensured that our students were enthused and stirred, well equipped to deal with the rigours of the enforced time of seclusion. Thus, the joyful exploration and exposure of the latent talents turned the obligatory phase into a reinvigorated one by the time they experienced normal school once again.

We look forward to scaling new horizons in the coming days as we meet the challenges head-on, marching in the footsteps of our beloved founder, to the accomplishment of her vision while aiming for the pinnacles of success. May God bless and establish our plans and may we continue to be sheltered by His grace on this institution.
